Coulter seems honest and candid throughout, and paints a realistic picture of her time at Amazon: the things she tolerated, the situations where she failed, and the truths she could have seen but didn't want to acknowledge at first. It doesn't read as just her complaining about Amaznon, nor is it a defense of its practices.
